2. Sizing & Measurements
For online orders, we provide a detailed measurement guide to ensure the best possible fit. In-person clients will have the opportunity for professional measurements and fittings. Since every item is custom-made, accuracy in measurements is key.
3. Production & Crafting
Once your design and measurements are confirmed, we begin the handmade creation process. Every garment is carefully crafted with attention to detail, using high-quality materials to ensure durability and style. Production times vary based on the complexity of the design.
4. Final Review & Approval
Before completion, you’ll receive an update with photos or a fitting session (if applicable) to ensure the design meets your expectations. We take great care to make any necessary adjustments before the final delivery.
5. Payment & Delivery
For all orders, the remaining balance is due before pickup or shipping. No garment will be released without full payment. Once complete, your custom piece will be carefully packaged and delivered to you, ready to make its debut!
